Products from our state-of-the-art Pueblo, Colorado facility include mixed acids, buffered oxide etchants, dilute hydrofluoric acids and non-solvent wet process chemicals.
All products at the Pueblo facility are packaged with an automated system in Class 10 cleanroom environments to prevent contamination from product containers. Products are packaged in tank trucks, drums and totes.
Packaging automation includes container cleaning, container filling and package labeling, thus minimizing potential for contamination. The facility also utilizes non-particle- and non-exhaust-emitting electric fork lifts to further minimize the potential for product contamination.
To maintain material integrity and product purity, Incoming Quality Assurance procedures are applied to 100 percent of incoming raw materials and supplies, including product containers and personal protective equipment. All raw materials delivery trucks pass through a dedicated truck wash station to be cleaned before pulling indoors to offload. Each clean truck is then fitted in a clean environment with a connection and sampling system made of all Teflon material.
Our Pueblo facility includes a 100,000-square-foot warehouse that is entirely temperature-controlled. Multiple rooms provide for strict product storage, preservation and segregation standards. Segregated areas allow for rigorous control of final packaged products passing quality control. Warehouse ceilings, walls and floors are specially sealed to prevent dust and product degradation.
